About Mobile Workflow

Mobile workflow applications enable managers to perform a key part of their job activity whilst they are away from their desks by alerting their mobile devices that there are activities that need attention. Managers can review and authorise or reject these requests from their mobile devices.

Typical routine mobile workflow activities include travel and expense approvals and purchase order/requisitions. The applications are simple to use; an audio alarm alerts the manager that an approval request has arrived. He looks at it, checks the detail and approves or rejects it.

By accessing these routine but sometimes important requests managers can use idle time, avoid stock-piling requisitions and avoid delays.
